Ryan Thompson Manager needs to be fired!!

Ryan Thompson Should be Fired!
He should never again work with the public
Ryan Thompson is the manager of The Hampton Inn in Denville NJ and should not ever deal with the public. This site is for the horrible experience my famly and I had at the Hampton Inn Denville NJ location. Ryan Thompson the manager of Hampton Inn Denville NJ the most bumbling, arrogant, thinks he owns the Hampton Inn Denville NJ. We drove 12 hours and got to the hotel at about 1am. The desk person, a large black man, who was very nice checked us in. I told him we had a service animal and got the keys to the room. When we inspected the room we found curly hairs by the toilet (see images) as well as urine stains and whiskers in the soap dish. Also, the fridge was warm and could see ice in the back so something was wrong. We waited until morning to say anything because we were exhausted.
Our experience with Ryan Thompson Manager of Hampton Inn Denville NJ
I went down in the morning to the front desk to talk to the manager about the issues. As I was there, getting coffee, an older couple was at the front desk in a heated discussion with the manager about a bill or something. The man continued getting angrier and angrier as they spoke. The man started yelling at the manager Ryan Thompson and was saying things like "this isn't how customers should be treated!"  and "you haven't heard the last of me!" Ryan Thompson said he has been a manager for 15 years and the man yelled at him "Rookie!" It was a little funny. I figured the man was a crotchety old man but later found out that he wasn't. My wife and kids had breakfast nest to them and said they seemed nice and were laughing and talking.

When they left I went up to the desk to ask to speak to the manager. The girl, who was nice, at the front desk, Dakota, had deer in the headlights look when I asked for him. He came over and we went to a table to talk. He wasn't dressed like a manager and didn't have a manager tag on. I told him about the hairs in the room first. He said that theres no way the hairs were there because the executive maid cleaned it and checked it. I told him I have pictures but he insisted that they weren't there before we checked in. That right there was a red flag. He was blaming us for them backhandedly. I told him also that the fridge was warm and had ruined some yogurt. He said its not a freezer and can't be stuffed but said he would get someone right on it as well as the bathroom re-cleaned and refunded 1 night, we had a 3 night reservation. I was satisfied at that point. So several hours went by and no one came up. I called the front desk and asked about it and they said they would send someone, so we waited on our day till they came up. Awhile later the maid came and did clean the bathroom, but after she left we saw that she didn't leave even one stitch of TP. My wife then went down and asked for some and also some more shampoo. The person that helped her was nice, no complaints there.

So the last day of our stay I went down and asked Ryan Thompson if he was going to send someone up for the fridge and he said that he was waitingfor us to leave the hotel during our stay because they can't send anyone when people are in the room. I found that odd so I questioned it an he got upset that I questioned it and said our food went bad and the fridge is still not fixed like he said he was going to have done. I said so how was he going to know when we left for the day and he couldnt answer that. He did say most people leave and don't stay in the room the whole time, which was an assinine comment for him to make. So I said you can't have the tech come in while we are there, he said no. I asked why didn't you handle it like you said you would and he said there was a miscommunication there. DAAAAH. He doesn't seem to care to just handle things and talk to people, he would rather not do anything and let people get mad and leave bad reviews.
